Reasons to Invest
A Breakthrough in Infant Nutrition
Aus Camel Dairies fills a critical gap in the A$1.48 trillion global dairy industry (by 2033). Hydrolysed formulas, a A$15b segment, are designed to break down cow’s milk proteins to reduce allergy risk and aid digestion. However, this process denatures the proteins, leaves a bitter taste, raises costs, and often leads to feeding resistance. Camel milk solves this naturally: Allergen-free, gentle on digestion, and neutral in taste is a unique alternative positioned to redefine infant nutrition.
Inflection Point
Our camel milk cheeses, kefir and smoothies have won multiple gold and silver medals at the 2025 DIAA WA Awards, delivering independent validation of quality. At the same time, we have strengthened our Advisory Board with leaders in global food manufacturing and exports, milestones that mark a clear step toward our future IPO.
The Science behind Camel Milk
The Problem: Cow’s milk proteins challenge every baby: allergies for some, digestion issues for all. Cow’s milk is hard to digest for all babies because it forms hard curds in the gut. Current solutions taste bad, are expensive, and don’t truly solve the problem. The Solution: Camel milk addresses these issues naturally. It is allergen-free, easy to digest, and has a neutral taste. Molecularly, it is the closest to human milk, making it a uniquely well-suited base for infant nutrition. Our tech-first, ethical model also enables us to scale up by utilising wild camels, turning an ecological issue into a global nutritional solution.
Disruption of Dairy and Infant Formula
Over the last nine years Aus Camel Dairies has developed its technology on a pilot dairy situated on 2000 acres north of Perth. Our modular dairies are designed to produce 3 million litres annually, with projected costs already below A$2 per litre and targeting less than A$1 per litre as yield improvements are achieved, supporting our goal to become the lowest-cost producer of high-quality camel milk globally. In addition, completion of the powder manufacturing facility will unlock a pathway to generating over A$70 million in annual revenue.
Business Model
Aus Camel Dairies’ business model integrates three revenue streams within a phased global expansion strategy. It focuses on a premium, allergy-friendly branded infant formula designed for export markets with recurring demand, supplies camel milk powder to manufacturers through B2B agreements secured by off-take contracts, and generates additional revenue from fresh camel milk and camel meat products.
Camel Milk Benefits
Nutritional Benefits of Camel Milk
Officials at the Food and Agricultural Organisation of the United Nations have stated in the past that the issue of famine and starvation could possibly be significantly reduced with camel milk. Camel milk provides the vitamins and nutrients necessary for healthy human growth and sustenance. Camel milk is rich in calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron and contains three times more vitamin C, minus half the saturated fat of regular milk and most importantly is also delicious!
Pharmaceutical properties
There are proteins and other compounds unique to camel’s milk, and research is being undertaken in different institutions around the world to determine their pharmaceutical properties. Currently, there is research investigating the role of some of these unique compounds in the management of gastrointestinal health, diabetes, auto-immune conditions and other conditions.
Gastrointestinal health
Lactoferrin is a milk protein found in humans, cows, and camels, known for its role in protecting against microbial infection and supporting immune and gut health. Studies show camel milk contains more lactoferrin than cow’s milk, with greater heat resistance — meaning higher levels remain after pasteurisation.
Diabetes
A longitudinal study whereby diagnosed diabetics drank camel milk showed them needing to take less insulin doses from 34 times to 17 times a month. Further research is being conducted in reviewing the antibodies and an insulin-like protein which may have the potential to support treatment of type-1 diabetes.
What Next?
Our next phase of growth is a USD 13 million expansion to establish our powder manufacturing facility — designed to deliver annual turnover exceeding USD 35 million with forecast EBITDA margins of approximately USD 13 million per year.
We are now raising USD 2.3 million to commence this expansion and unlock the next stage of our growth as we prepare for a successful IPO.
This capital will allow us to scale up milk production through infrastructure upgrades and herd expansion. It also allows us to accelerate the development of our powder manufacturing facility, including site preparation, detailed design, and early equipment procurement.
This raise marks the beginning of our USD 13 million growth journey toward becoming a vertically integrated producer of camel-milk-based infant formula and a leading global supplier of camel milk powder, providing a high-quality, ethical, and scalable alternative to cow’s milk.
